Mike Griffin, General Manager
Mike Griffin is the General Manager of Seagar's Prime Steaks and Seafood Restaurant. With his extensive background in the hospitality industry and restaurant management, he is responsible for all operations of the award-winning fine dining restaurant which boasts a staff of more than 30 professionals.A native of New York, Mike began his career more than 20 years ago with the Marriott brand hotel corporation in Pittsburg, Pa. He has managed upscale steak and seafood restaurants all over the country, including those in Pittsburg, Philadelphia, Cleveland, and Washington, D.C. He also owned Chef's, a successful fine dining restaurant in Georgetown, Washington, D.C.
As a resident of the Destin area for over 10 years now, Mike is a well-known and respected professional in the restaurant business. His most previous experience was serving as the director of operations for the Destin-based Crab Trap restaurant chain. Mike brings talent and his well-like friendly manner receives much praise from our dedicated staff and our loyal patrons.
